Q: What is the cost to attend?
A: Early Bird Registration Extended– February 1, 2008 = $495
    Registration February 2 – March 31, 2008 = $695
    Late or On-site Registration – April 1 – April 14, 2008 = $895

Q: How many people from my company can attend Accel 2008?
A: There is no limit - you can register as many people as you would like from your company.

Q: Can I register on-site at the conference?
A: Yes, however, note the registration fee will be $895.

Q: When will the conference registration/help desk be open?
A: Monday, April 14: 4:30pm – 7:30pm
    Tuesday, April 15: 7:00am – 5:00pm
    Wednesday, April 16: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Q: Are attendee substitutions permitted?
A: Attendee substitutions are permitted but must be communicated to accel2008@vocollect.com or 412.349.2504.     

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You will be refunded your paid registration fee if written notice is received no later than March 28, 2008. Notice of cancellation should be sent to accel2008@vocollect.com. All refunds will be issued in the form of a Vocollect company check and processed 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Q: Are there sponsorship opportunities?
A: Yes. Please contact sponsors@vocollect.com to learn more.

Q: What is the attire for the conference?
A: Conference attire is business casual. Note that the average high/low temperatures for April in Pittsburgh are 66º and 39º so plan appropriately.

A: Hotel reservations for the Sheraton Station Square can be made by calling 412.261.2000 or online.
